The Shoyoroll Batch #105: Absolute King is a monumental release celebrating the legacy of 13-time Jiu-Jitsu World Champion and Hall of Famer, Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida.

This highly sought-after jiu jitsu uniform takes its inspiration directly from the signature kimono Buchecha wore during his historic 2019 championship run, where he cemented his legacy by taking home double gold in his weight class and the absolute division.

Brought to life by RVCA founder PM Tenore and Shoyoroll's Bear Quitugua, the Absolute King BJJ gi also features striking exclusive artwork by world-renowned LA street artist DEFER. Built for the absolute highest levels of competition, this premium kimono combines a breathable Pearl Weave top with heavy-duty Twill Cotton pants.

  • Do Not Bleach: Never use bleach or harsh detergents — they weaken the fibers and fade the colors.

Use our gi size chart to match your height and weight to sizes A0-A5. Tall and lean? Pick L sizes - an A1L has the width of an A1 with the length of an A2. Stockier build? Pick H sizes - an A1H has the length of an A1 with the width of an A2. Between sizes? Size up.

Yes. Our Competitor-line gis are cut to IBJJF specs with legal colors, correct sleeve and pant length, and durable pearl weave that passes the gi check. For tournaments, choose a snug size from our chart, then wash cold and hang dry to lock in the fit before competition day.

Wash cold with like colors and hang dry to prevent shrinking and fading. Add half a cup of white vinegar to fight odor, and never use bleach. Avoid the dryer unless you are intentionally shrinking a gi that runs large. With proper care, a quality gi lasts years of hard rolls.

Orders take 2-3 days to process before they ship. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery takes 6-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it ships, so you can follow your new gear right to your door.
