The Shoyoroll Batch #66: Mission22 Project is more than just a kimono—it is a movement.
In a powerful effort to raise awareness for the fight against veteran suicide, Shoyoroll teamed up with Nous Defions (ND) and DualForces for this special project. The Mission22 project embraces combat sports for combat veterans and their supporters, embodying the profound belief that jiu jitsu and its culture save lives. Originally released in December 2016, a portion of the proceeds from this historic BJJ gi was donated to the Mission22 project and the Elder Heart Foundation.
Built completely from ultra-durable materials, the Mission22 jiu jitsu uniform features a rugged, old-school Canvas top paired with matching Canvas pants, ensuring the uniform can endure the absolute toughest and most grinding training conditions.

Wash Cold: Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the gi inside out to protect patches and embroidery.

Hang Dry: Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. High heat shrinks the gi and breaks down the fabric faster.

Do Not Bleach: Never use bleach or harsh detergents — they weaken the fibers and fade the colors.

Long
Same width as the base size, with extra length. For example, A1L has A1 width with A2-style length.
Husky
Base-size length with more room through the cut. For example, A2H has A2 length with A3-style width.

Yes. Our Competitor-line gis are cut to IBJJF specs with legal colors, correct sleeve and pant length, and durable pearl weave that passes the gi check. For tournaments, choose a snug size from our chart, then wash cold and hang dry to lock in the fit before competition day.
Wash cold with like colors and hang dry to prevent shrinking and fading. Add half a cup of white vinegar to fight odor, and never use bleach. Avoid the dryer unless you are intentionally shrinking a gi that runs large. With proper care, a quality gi lasts years of hard rolls.
Orders take 2-3 days to process before they ship. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery takes 6-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it ships, so you can follow your new gear right to your door.
Yes. Duties and taxes are fully covered for orders shipping to the USA, Canada, the UK, and Europe - the price at checkout is the final price, with no surprise fees when your order arrives. For all other regions, any local duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
